This report form is designed to report an appraisal of a one-unit property or a one-unit property with an accessory unit; including a unit in a planned unit development (PUD), based on an interior and exterior inspection of the subject property.
URAR 1004C - $425.00
This report form is designed to report an appraisal of a one-unit manufactured home; including a manufactured home in a planned unit development (PUD) based on an interior and exterior inspection of the subject property.
URAR 1073 Condominium Report - $425.00
This report form is designed to report an appraisal of a unit in a condominium project or a condominium unit in a planned unit development (PUD) based on an interior and exterior inspection of the subject property.

2075 Exterior - $100.00
Requires an exterior-only inspection of the subject property from the street by a state-licensed or state-certified appraiser without an estimate of market value for the property.
URAR 1025 Small Residential - $525.00
This report form is designed to report an appraisal of a two- to four-unit property, including a two- to four-unit property in a planned unit development (PUD).
Vacant Land Appraisal - $275.00
This is a valuation report for vacant land. It may also include adjustments for any site improvements.
1007 Rent Schedule - $75.00
The lender uses this form to obtain the market rent for a conventional single-family investment property from the appraiser.
Final Inspection (1004D) / Completion Inspection Report (CIR)- $75.00
This report form is intended to provide the lender/client with an accurate update of a prior appraisal and/or to report a certification of completion. (Replaces 442)
